Maintaining multiple social media channels is important, especially if you are a social media manager or are running a business. You need to be able to be reachable and active on all forms of social media if you want to get ahead, but juggling between accounts can be tricky and time-consuming. If you are already posting on Instagram, the likelihood is that you are also posting across Facebook. And, this platform can often be overlooked but is still a crucial building block of any social media strategy, due to the audiences you can reach, and the different ways in which users interact. In order to make your process more efficient, and still pay attention to your most important platforms, you can schedule your posts on Facebook, rather than leaving it to the last minute.

How to schedule posts on Facebook using Flick â
To schedule posts on Facebook using Flick, open up
flick.tech, and navigate to your
scheduler. From here, underneath the
âContent Calendarâ tab, click on the button to select the social youâd like to publish to and click on your Facebook page (youâll want to make sure it has linked to your account first).
You can select more than one social if youâd like to publish across multiple platforms, but if you just want to publish on Facebook, select this channel. Once you have selected the channel, you can upload images or videos to your media library, or select content that you have already uploaded and saved into your library. Drag the image or video content to the time and day that youâd like to post and Flick will open the post editor.
Once the editor is open, you can either write your caption for one, or multiple platforms. Here is where you can also
add hashtags, location tags and alter the time or date youâd like to publish. Select âscheduleâ and youâre ready to go!
When is the best time to post on Facebook? â°

Why you should schedule your Facebook posts
âOkay, but why do I need to post on Facebook?â you might be asking. There are quite a few advantages of scheduling your Facebook posts in advance and weâre going to take you through some of the best advantages of scheduling your Facebook posts.
1. Stay consistent
If youâve read any of our other guides, youâll know weâre a broken record when it comes to being consistent online because itâs so important. If youâre not being consistent with your social media, the chances of you growing your social media is minimal. People want to follow you for the content that you post and if youâre not posting consistently, why would someone want to follow your account? When you schedule your content out, youâre planning ahead for the future and making sure that youâre not missing a day.
2. Plan out your content
When you schedule your content out in advance, you can plan out exactly what content youâre going to make. This can help you figure out if there are items you need to create, what captions you need to write, and more far in-advance to ensure youâre making the most out of your Facebook content.
3. Post at the right time
When you schedule out your posts, you can check your analytics and make sure that youâre posting at the time your audience is online. When you post at the time your audience is online, youâll have a better chance of having higher engagement and reach.
4. Time Management
When you pick a date to schedule out all of your content on a certain day, youâll save time for yourself in the long run. This will help you spend more time to focus on items you need to create, captions to write, hashtags to find, and more.
